The week ended on a positive note, strong earning reports buoyed the DOW gaining 90.54 to close at 14512.03, and it seems the European Union's ultimatum to Cyprus to raise the needed capital and prevent financial catastrophe and its exit from the Euro may have worked, they are now close to a deal to raise the billions of Euros it needs for the bailout package.
